Listening to our people

It is important that we have your feedback on the business and give each of our employees a chance to provide their input into our company. In addition to regular conversations with your manager, we also have other processes in our business to provide feedback and ensure we hear your view.  

 

We have many improvement processes and projects in place in our organization including kaizen teams. These teams can only be successful when our people contribute to them.  

 

Each year we conduct an employee survey across our European business. This seeks the views of our employees on subjects such as company communication, performance against company values and engagement level with the organization.  

 

Our European leadership team also takes part in an individual 360 degree feedback process. They invite people from their organization to provide anonymous feedback which they use to develop their own skills and performance.
