Our talent management processes are deeply embedded in our company strategy and focus on organization performance, sucession planning and development planning. We have developed our own PEP (Performance Enhancement Process) system which is used throughout our organization.
This process is driven by each employee and ensures that objectives are set which are linked to our business strategy, development is planned taking into account current performance and also the leadership competencies needed in our company, and career opportunities are discussed.
It is the responsibility of each of our leaders and managers to ensure they are creating the right environment and developing their people for current and future challenges and opportunities. Each manager has the leadership of their people as part of their strategic objectives and they are monitored and measured on their success in this area.
